First you must make sure they are not undergoing a punishment otherwise you are to deny it by replying to their message and giving them the reason for their denial. Now if they are not undergoing punishment you are to check their XP and remove it all, then you will log it in #action-log using the format. A guide to the UIUs punishment process. Punishment Information: Punishments must go with the "Federal Code of Regulations" Trello meaning you have to do a mimimum punishment and cant go past the maximum. It is recommended for first time offenses you do a minimum punishment. Agent in Charge-Deputy Watch Commander can only do 1 punishment, 2 punishments may be approved by a Watch Commander+. Watch Commander-Region Director can only do 2 punishments, more than 2 may be approved by HICOM. Only Watch Commander+ can discharge people, and they need approval by a higher rank. A Watch-Commander needs a Regional Director+ to approve a discharge, Regional Director+ do not need approval. The only exception to these if it is a Federal Code of Regulations LISTED minimum or maximum punishment. Punishment Process. Once you are ready to dish out discipline, you are to go to the Disciplinary Actions (https://trello.com/b/rsu4F2pF/discplinary-actions) trello and fill out the format and put your card in pending with the proper evidence. All punishments need evidence/proof unless it has been approved otherwise by HICOM+.
