# TA Instructions for bootcamp 2
With students do the following steps:
Introduction
---
1. Open the page [Introduction to Bootcamp 2](/HJ8Za9mt6).
2. Explain briefly the goal of this session and remind about the main project brief. There are three examples that fit this brief at the bottom of the page.
3. Open the page [brainstorming methods](/SJ6bG3Qtp). Briefly explain that there are many methods that can be used for 'brainstorming' or ideating ideas. This class will focus on practicing the most simple method, however the guidebook contains many other examples.
4. Open the [round robin brainstorming](/SyaH5eVKT) direct students to read the smart kitchen example
5. Divide students into groups and get them started on the brainstorming task. Note - students need to submit their ideas to the Moodle forum, as this will be resource from which students can identify potential project ideas later
6. When this task is complete, direct students to [Understanding data flows (Bootcamp 2 Task 2)](/Hkln9vSKa). In this task, students need to think about where data comes from and how it is shared and analysed in a smart kitchen. The goal is to develop deeper understanding of potential issues around UX and usability concerns in smart environments.
7. Finally, students should undertake [Design Challenge (Bootcamp 2 Task 3)](/rJSoyyOK6)
