* Wrap access to the Select SQL DB through a common API endpoint.

### Momentum Search

* Create mobile-friendly Momentum.
* Create an everyday client portal.

#### New Features
* Block & Lot, including for multiple properties. (B&L is for NJ, Parcel ID for other states)
* Project name
* Client name (Currently only has Buyer/Seller). Should search any contact. (Buyer Attorney, Principal)
* Address with a hyphen. Searching 1125 will not bring up an address with 11-25 in it.
* Make the columns sortable. (Server-side.)
> As far as the sort option, many times when searching for a property to see if we’ve done it before, we’ll just put in the street name in order to make sure we’ll come up with any prior file. Many times the original file might have a range of addresses. For example if we get an order for 23 Main Street, we would just put Main Street so that if last time we did a file on 21-29 Main Street we would find it which wouldn’t be the case if we would enter 23 Main Street. Once we put in Main St. we then sort by the address and it’s much easier to find the one we’re looking for. We might also want to sort by state to just get the ones in the state we’re looking for. It’s also helpful when searching for a file with a nearby property in the same development/condo so that we can pull the e’s and r’s from there.

> When I searched “500 E 3rd” nothing came up. It didn’t work when I wrote “500 E 3" either. It only worked when I wrote out the whole word East.

* Date selector; from - to.
* Show a table with all orders in dates above.
* Columns: basic order info, time to close. (Who worked the order.)
* Graph showing time-to-close day by day.
* Filterable by department.
* Infobar on top showing: percentage of closed orders, Average daily orders vs Last year.
* Long term: Figure out how many hours spent in CB per order vs total hours billed by CB.
