# SYSTEM COORDINATOR - PERFORMANCE TASK
## CHALLENGE 1
### How is it helping our day-to-day?
- To be honest, both Freshsales and Center Online, I don't think these platforms help us much. It's very hard to sort the view. The strength of Airtable is easy to create your own view, just open it and you can see any info you need.
- In my side, CO just helps me to enroll the student into their class, TA can check student attendance and Accounting Department can count our enroll and pay commissions for us. You can check this hyperlink to see my **[file](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1jAvyU95opi6NTHMX6aGeWK_gHtv9-AxSkWdekLy6h0A/edit#gid=0)** to collect the student info. If CO can show all of these info in a table like this one, it's nearly perfect. Freshsales is quite good, I can update the status, easy to follow my own leads but it's duplicated leads, we have to merge leads. The last one Freshsales and CO is not related, when I have a new sales, I have to convert from leads to prospect and then create a deal on Freshsales, and final step is to create new info on CO.
### Center Online
**WHAT**
1) They have a back-end quite bad, when I share or move the student info from Everest online or another center to my center, it does not appear in CRM and I don't know, it goes somewhere, it takes time to wait, it appears is like a miracle.
2) In the general class info, we just need to know about the name of the class, class schedule, start date, end date, name of the teacher, name of TA, how many lessons, how many students are studying in the class. Many info we don't need to appear in the view. it makes me confused.
3) Promotion code is not flexible, I have to create a bunch of contracts to satisfy with the expiry date, if you say we need to make the expiry date to make sure PC will not cheating, so if we create the contract and then collect the money after that day, it's just fine. It will get a bunch of data that we don't need on CO, it's like Airtable, finally, CO cannot fix this problem.
**WHY**
1) We don't want to take time, wait, and confused for a small thing like this one.
2) It's comfortable to see and know all of the info needed.
3) Decrease the junk data.
**HOW - WHEN - WHO**
1) We need support from CO, fix the back-end, or change the programming language. As soon as possible.
2) May we consider this view? I need feedback from another department.

3) Approval from CM via email about promotion, depending on the date of approval to apply for the promotion. No need to create the expiry date. Deal with MKT Manager.
### What are the key assumptions and the risks of your plan?
**Key assumption:** easy to view and comfortable to make a new enrollment.
**Risks:** because I just base on my opinion, so I have no idea, it will good for another department or not and easy to do their tasks or not.
