# IRCC - Changing Your Password
1. Log out of Rudder
2. Clear your ircc-rudder.us.auth0.com cookies:
1. (Chrome) Navigate to Chrome preferences -> Privacy and Security -> All cookies and site data
2. Search auth0.com
3. Click the garbage bin icon next to ircc-rudder.us.auth0.com
3. Go back to Rudder and click the Login button
4. When you arrive at the Auth0 login portal, click the Forgot Password link
5. Enter your email when prompted
6. Check your email for the email from **IRCC Rudder Production** with the link to change password (look in the spam folder as well)
7. Click that link (or copy / paste it into browser search bar) and change password
