- Inclusiveness when partly in the office - hybrid model - propose ideaes
- Contribute to the REG and general Turing conversation

- Next Recruitment efforts strongly connected to the competency framework.
- Extend recruitment ad channels
- Reading club about EDI
- Explore union options - talk to Dave and other people in the Turing. Turing Way has some info.
- Joining Turing network groups.
- Louise continue to the EAG for now.
- We need to join more groups.
- Outreach:
- Talk to other RSE groups about EDI - what are they doing? Can we collaborate/learn? Malvika?
- Outreach inclusivity guide is covered in strategy but maybe support it?
- Outreach to make people aware of what RSE is within Turing and other places - there are peoplle that do this work and do not know it
- Presentations in research centres.
- EDI criteria to project selection
- Start with a tech talk.
- Grow relationship with Red Cross:
- A DSG project
- Short placement
- Presentation in other London groups. Add more activities to the presentations.
- Placement students
- Not high in the priority list
- Timeline for next year for planning, to get students on the the year after.
