## Incidents
* ZFS failing
* Happened during storage server migration
* Fixed in half day
* NAS power failure
* Need to buy new PSU
* Otherwise, power may happen again very soon
* Storage server offline randomly
* Unknown issue, never investigated it
* Problem may be related to networking
* Damaged Dell R710 CPU socket
* Fixed

## Future plans
* Clean up the network structure
* It's kinda messy now, since we added lots of service onto the network
* Provide seamless roaming network between office and server room
* Replace AP with Ubiquiti's AP
* Need to add controller into the services
* Add 10G network
* Got the 10G card
* Still need SFP+ module and switch
* Buy a server rack
* Ongoing
* Server Room Power Usage Evaluation
* Can't risk to break the server room
* Add automated tools into server room management
* Ansible is a good choice
* Add monitor platform into server room
* Need to monitor network usage, strange connection...etc
