--- ###### tags: `DAOhaus` --- # TW - Rangers PoW - May 2022 #### Initial Considerations - Timestamped PoW has been provided on my own volition since my first contribution, beginning in January 2022. - Each workstream has an accompanying index for tracking relevant documentation and artifacts. - I maintain personal accountability to E2T through the Buddy System structure we devised. 100% of my work has been pitched, analyzed, and tempered under his tutelage. He can vouch for my character and output. - 100% of my billable hours have been sent to Rangers for ease and clarity, although some initiatives might be considered more appropriately positioned within the other Warcamp circles. - As a Retroactive contributor across numerous DAOs, I have a standard rate of $100-200/hr. I have consistently billed $100/hr to DH since my first contributions. - My hours have increased steadily since January 2022. 102 hours in May constitutes the most hours I have ever committed.
