--- ###### tags: `UberHaus` `Jesters` --- # Jesters 1-26-22 ### Initial Brainstorm - What will be the first issues of this group? - How will we document the information and relay it to others? - Who are we accountable too? - Jesters are a live performance. How do we manifest this? - A Jester avatar: anonymity empowering the stirring up of chaos, also a character that we all collectively operate - Has the ability to shape-shift, to account for the POV of Warcamp, of delegates, and other entities. Ventriloquism? - Address the Uberhaus manifesto. Is this real? Do we hold ourselves accountable to it? - What is the relationship between Jesters and War Camp? Who deems if the campaign is successful? Who terminates the project? Who are we accountible to? War Camp and Jesters should be presented as peers. - Delegates are suspicious... Is it a problem if we are questioning if we are suspicious. - UberPaladins and the delegates and War Camp: who are we making this proposal to? Are we paying ourselves? Who is upstream? - Jester question everything, put up the mirror to roles to challenge them to self-define. We should also research/learn how they have defined themselves and identify the discrepancy in the actual performance. Calling out the paradoxical and hypocritical aspects. - Ultimately move towards onboarding more delegates into the group, even if it remains poorly defined. - Why is there a separation between DAOhaus and Uberhaus communications? Jesters should publish their work, but this doesn't seem appropriate on DH Mirror, Substack, etc. - Uberhaus rebooting: who has the power to decide such a thing? - Who changes the process of how a constitution is created without using the existing constitutition? - The Constitutional Convention: a secret meeting to ammend the articles of the Confederation. - Jesters should write the Uberhaus constitution. We must acknowledge that there are other delegates as well. - How does delegate incentives/compensation work? Governance mining... what? When do we get paid? - DH design + DH devs propose a reboot for technical reason, but do they have the capacity to pull the trigger? - Retrieving the HAUS dispersed through the airdrop: what is the precedent? Might be bad for PR. - Jesters can help craft this reboot from the UH side. ### Meeting Agendas - Use Jesters meetings to prepare for the performance - Use delegate meetings to perform the core content - The Jesters publish their learnings (as a collective character) ### Meeting Goals - Share observations. - Identify the absurdity/humor. - Write them into scenarios, jokes, performances, etc. - Prepare to perform them at delegate/ops meetings. - Document the reactions. ### Next Steps - Revamp the proposal to incentivize us to each dedicate an hour to hacking on a document. Consider moving away from an hourly breakdown, towards a budget-based model. - Setup a Jesters Mirror account for collective publishing. - Let's put the Jester proposal on-chain. - Is there a conflict of interest for us to vote on this proposal? Can MolochDAO vote because of the large share holding?
