# DH Rangers (e2t + TW) Meeting Notes 1-10-22

## Overview of Priorities

### Constitution Timeline
- e2t is booking workshops with core contributors to finalize the doc before end of January.

### V3/Baal
- User-facing content on DH V3 and it's relation to Baal.
- Turn the content into slides to present at ETH Denver. Will determine how the content will be repurposed.
- Include images from the Design Exploration.
- End of Jan: A draft for talking points and screen shots
- Feb: Turn this content into announcements

### Mainnet Raise
- A user-facing announcement on the mechanics of the raise. Transform these mechanics + the Travi's work on the constitution into a clear report
- Jan: Finalize narrative mechanics
- Feb: Create announcement content

### Open-source Lore Hack
- Let's keep it low key.
- Puts minimal pressure on us so we don't get distracted.
- Still very potent in connecting all the docs we are discussing here!
- The hack could use our current use case. The product would be a boost for the DH platform.

## Agenda + Todo List
### V3/Baal
- TW will attend DH Design meetings and Baal working group meeting to gather reconnaissance
- Let's try to reschedule the DH designs standups so they don't interfere with RG

### Mainnet Raise
- Try to create a narrative framework for the Mainnet Raise + Constitution. Put the doc into a project channel to gather feedback.
- The original impetus of how this became a priority is **the compensation revamp**: November was the first month of the committment track. This *made the shortened runway more visible,* leading to the following considerations. Now we have an estimate of how much the next 2 months are going to cost.
- **Mechanics doc by [ceresbzns](https://hackmd.io/fRhRQMY5QaOWDuYcXbrgnQ)**: the skeletal structure
- The **CCO article by Spencer**: shining example for a polished product
- The **workshops for crafting the constitution**: ideological foundations for the Yeeter project = ideology of a community aligns with the product that their building, the product as an extension of the ethics
- Combined with [**the roadmap**](https://daohaus.club/docs/handbook/contributors/magesmiths/roadmap/): this is what the raise is funding. We need to raise these funds in order to accomplish these goals. In it's current state, this fund raising is not accounted for in it's goals/objectives.
- The **Yeeter project** (#rip-line-yeeter on RG): dogfood our own processes to combine the tools at our disposal. We only have 4 months of DAI, which is why we need to do the raise, due to more contributors shortening our runway. Pilots will happen with Quiver (#rip-quiver on RG), skillzbot (#POAP-quizbot on DH), then Blood of Moloch - all on xDAI. DH will then use the Yeeter tool for HAUS token liquidity on Eth Mainnet.
- **Phase 1** = create a structure for Dekan and then conduct a short interview with him to fill the gaps
- **Phase 2** = syncing with Spencer to help him structure his Eth Denver talk and a visual presentation behind it, an opportunity to showcase the design aspects from adrienne and Ven

- Schedule the workshops for this week and next week
- Structure the Mainnet Raise narrative this week
- Start on the V3/Baal narrative starting on Thursday

## After Thoughts
- Revisit the DH diaries: an opportunity to focus on these narratives in a meaningful way. Interviews with:

- Peterpan
- Ameen
