Is the expectation to offramp immediately upon distribution? - [x] If so, should we move to payment in stables? Is the exptectation that we should immediately swap to stables? - [x] How does this immediate offramping affect the price of GTC and is this considered bad form? - [x] Are there mechanisms in place for GitcoinDAO GTC holders to utilize in offsetting this volatility or creating additional returns to offset the pain? - [x] Collective liquity pooling, staking, OTC swaps, etc - [x] Are there resources or individuals to consult concerning Gitcoin's token value strategy? - [x] Does it makes sense to consider a retroactive supplement to the comic team wages or consider an OTC swap at the price at time of distribution?
