If not, **we will create a shortlist of artists this week.** * Can **Kyle be the interface between RG and GMCG** (GitcoinDAO Metaverse Coordinators Group)? * Can we get **funds into escrow by Nov 22nd?** (Depending on final proposal) ## Tentative Timeline / Budget Milestones #### November 22-24: Initial design sprint of the RG team to quickly generate scope for the project. User personas (characters), user flows (storylines), IA (weaving them together into a cohesive narrative), inspirational images for various comic components to prepare for conversation with artist #### Milestone #1: Funds released for RG consultation/design up to this point, funds released for 20% artist fee --- #### November 29 - January 21: Iteration on Core Content, Artistic Production Elaborating on sprint content to lay foundations for a *Universe Guide* (UX report combined with something like the Cellarius Universe Guide) 2 Weekly meetings during this period: GitcoinDAO Metaverse Coordinators group and private check-ins with Kevin/Kyle on RaidGuild progress #### January 21: Comic Art Prepped for Printing #### Milestone #2: Funds released for foundational *Universe Guide*, remaining 80% of artist budget, and estimated printing costs --- #### January 24-28: Comic Printing Ongoing work on the *Universe Guide*, begin integrating into the Greatest Larp(?), begin outreach to hype the comic, begin transmedia elaborations Ongoing meetings with the GDMC group and client to discuss the transmedia opportunities #### January 31 - February 9: QA & Prep for Release #### Milestone #3: Funds released for remaining production costs, work on *Universe Guide* --- #### February 11-20: Release @ ETH Denver Deliverables: Ongoing research to understand the impact of the comic on the EthDenver community, integrate learnings into the *Universe Guide*, recruit/research DAOs for issue #4 #### February 21-28: Integrate Learnings Deliverables: Finalized *Universe Guide*, prep for issue #4 - either by RG or handoff to next DAO #### Milestone #4: Funds released for finalized *Universe Guide*, signalling the completion of the project *If RaidGuild is enlisted to continue work to issue #4, conversations will begin at this time.*
