# Comic <> PGF Meeting Outline 6-15-22

### Agenda

1. Update on comic production
- Currently on Page 6/7
- Only half way through *penciling*
- Will 100% not make EthCC, so let's consider next release window
2. Comic needs marketing support
- Tweets, blog posts, encourage bootlegging, interview with TW?
- Update on meeting with MMM (Colton)
- Begin preparing a teaser announcement (and supporting materials) for EthCC, NFTNYC, etc?
- TW will do a GP podcast with Kevin. Should we prepare a PR script to align on the vision and values of this project? Alternatively, TW will just YOLO it.
3. Update on the Gitcoin Pluriverse Guide
- On schedule to release at EthCC

- Still an opportunity to inject more explicit references to marketing/auction/marketing mechanisms, but we will need this very quickly
- For example: a final CTA funnel to the auction

- How will the partnership be decided?
- Who will make this decision?
- Look at this decision tree to consider the complexity of what comes next
- Can we begin progressive decentralization of the comic production?
