# UH Roadmap Meeting Notes

- MGD put up [a forum post](https://forum.daohaus.club/t/dao-grants-thread/1030/9?u=zcrypto) requesting a $10k grant:
- UH might consider a grant committee. **Does UH distribute grants or is this a one-off case?**
- Grants could be streamed regularly (ever few months)
- What does a grant mean? What are the stipulations around that?
- What are the criteria?
- How to avoid pure money grabs?
- How does this feed value back into UH?
- Reference to Panvala's fund-matching
- For people that use Yeeter, we extend a retroactive reward.
- A project starts a Yeeter
- Ship their product
- Analysis on the KPIs, evaluate the success
- The UH grant committee would reward participants with HAUS
- Allows us to source funds from a larger group of people
- Let's **Yeet the MGD grant**: Next steps:
- We need some way to gauge if the campaign is successful: MGD should provide this
- Need to bootstrap the grant committee
- Fund some HAUS - $20k?
- A typeform for someone that wants to start a Yeeter
- Walk someone from MGD through this proposal
- The grant committee itself needs to be funded: A yeeter for the grant committee? Streams are difficult to manage: we didn't track them and they drained the treasury.
- Define the structure of UH:

- We didn't ask to be in a DAO
- What does a federation of DAOs even mean?
- How does the UH ecosystem benefit the participating DAOs? What is the benefit/incentive for participation?
- The value of governance "mining" needs to be elaborated further

- Why didn't governance mining work?
- Why didn't the airdrop work?
- Articulate clear metrics for how to design it differently?
- UH distributing grants that support ecosystem-wide initiatives, public goods, etc., then the value add is very clear. UH is composed of all the members.
- Regarding the Mainnet Raise:
- A disconnect between UH and DH War Camp initiatives
- Now: DH comes for money and there's no clear feedback or accountibility mechanism
- War Camp is working on the roadmap so they can be held accountible for their actions
