## Map 6: Ash River
* Control Point map with **two** points
* Themed around lavaland
* Map is split diagonally by the titular river, with limited crossing points to fight over
* Rotationally symmetrical, with one control point on each team's side of the river
Desired playstyle for this map would be for each team to take their side's point and then fight at the bridges to try and push across to reach the opposite cap
## Victory system
Both Capture The Flag and Control Point modes are unified into a single scoring system. Each team begins with 0/600 points, first team to reach 600 wins. In CTF, points are awarded each time the flag is captured, while in CP points are distributed every tick based on the proportion of caps each team holds. The point rewards will be scaled to achieve parity with the current scoring systems.
In the future, this system will allow for more modes to be easily added, or for maps to run hybrids with multiple scoring systems available
