## 歌曲簡介

這首歌是 Lennon-McCartney 為 Helen Shapiro 所寫的歌(當時她才16歲，卻已經是相當知名的歌手)，不過她的經紀人認為並不合適，所以就沒有將這首歌納入考量。
雖然 Helen Shapiro 並沒有唱這首歌，可是當 Beatles 將其交給 Kenny Lynch 後，他便翻唱了一次這首歌，成為第一個翻唱 Lennon-McCartney 作品的歌手。
Beatles 會錄製這首歌全是因為當時他們正在為第一張專輯 Please Please Me 尋找素材，於是在一天下午，他們便將這首歌錄製完畢。

這首歌由 McCartney 和 Lennon 一同創作。
根據McCartney 所說，雖然這首歌更接近 Lennon 的風格，不過這是他們共同所作的，並沒有一個領導者。

這首歌的歌名為 "Misery"(苦難)，儘管聽起來是個相當悲傷的名字，而其歌詞也確實如此，不過歌曲本身相當輕快，同時也相當悅耳。

最初歌曲內並沒有鋼琴，是歌曲已經錄製完成後 Martin 加上去的。

## 個人評價
這首歌並沒有給我造成太大的印象，真的要說的話，只能算是 Beatles 的作品中相當普通的一首歌，儘管如此，這首歌還是相當的悅耳，搭配上悲傷的歌詞一同服用，是相當不錯的體驗。

我自己最喜歡的部分是 George Martin 後來加上去的鋼琴，雖然佔的部分相當的少，不過相當有畫龍點睛的功用。
而 Lennon 在結尾的 "la la la la la la" 也是這首歌我相當喜歡的部分，相當有他的風格。
