I. Laws & Charges ### Section I. Art. I. Charges There are to be four separations of offence types for breaking a Galactic Republic Law, these go as following. ***Minor [MIN], Moderate [MOD], Major [MAJ], Capital [CAP].*** Minor Charges are pressed with verbalised warnings or arrests/KOS orders. Moderate Charges are pressed with minor demotions, suspensions, or ingame action. Major Charges are pressed with major demotions, ranklocks, or dishonorable discharge. Capital Charges are of the highest severity, and are pressed with a permanent blacklist. ### Sec. I. Art. II. Offenses & Charge Types - Admin abuse [MAJ-CAP] The charge depends on the severity of the admin abuse. - Exploiting/Hacking [CAP] - Absence without being given leave [MIN-MOD] - Leaving without discharge [MOD] - Corruption [MOD-MAJ] - Treason [MAJ-CAP] - Disobeying orders [MIN-MOD] - Disrespect [MIN-MOD] - False Arrest [MIN-MAJ] - False Accusations [MIN-CAP] I.e the accusation that someone is committing sexual harassment without any foundation or grounds to support it is classified as falsified accusations. - Sending Harmful Links [CAP] - Trolling/Spamming [MIN-MOD] - Espionage [MAJ-CAP] - Slander [MIN-MAJ] - Theft of Republic Assets created by the Development Team, includes leaking of said assets. [CAP] - Mistreating subordinates - Not educating them properly or to a standard which is equitable. [MIN-MAJ] - Recruiting members into other groups [MAJ-CAP] - Failing to follow the chain of command [MIN-MAJ] - Sending NSFW content into the Republic Server or member's direct messages without consent. [MAJ-CAP] - Anything that violates in real-life law, Discord TOS, Roblox TOS. [CAP] - Hosting an unauthorized training [MOD] - Purgery [MOD-MAJ] - Conspiracy to commit a crime [MIN-MAJ] (The Charge is to be set as one below the provided crime, i.e conspiracy to commit treason would be [MAJ], if the charge is minor it will be charged as so) - Harassment [MIN-MOD] - Offences not included here are but introduced via a court trial are to be decided on by the Justice's of the Supreme Court. ## Section II. Corruption & Treason Act ### Section. II. Art. I. Corruption Corruption can come in different forms and can be plaguing the high command of the Republic. The Supreme Court aims to get rid of all corruption immediately. Corruption can be greed for money, power, ranks, or otherwise. Corruption can also come in dishonest or illegal behaviour of a person in power. ### Section. II. Art. II. Favoring individuals Every member of Galactic Republic should be treated the same and given the same chances. If a user is found guilty of favoring individuals he/she could be subject to a Major charge in the Supreme Court of the Galactic Republic. Favoring individuals in an official proceeding can result in a minor/major charge depending on the severity. ### Section. II. Art. III. Admin Abuse Admin Abuse (In-game) can result in a minor-capital charge, admin abuse is the misuse of commands designated to you, or use of commands restricted. Admin Abuse (Group Admin) will result in a capital charge. Abusing group admin is mass demoting/promoting everyone in the group. Admin Abuse (Discord Admin) will result in a major/capital charge. Abusing Discord admin (banning users, kicking users, as well as deafening, muting and disconnecting people from calls for no valid reason.) This can also be seen as revoking all the bans and invites of the discord server. ### Section. II. Art. IV. Treason Accepting bribes/payments. This is a capital offense and ranges from selling information, ranks and divisional positions. Leaking is a capital offense and ranges from leaking documents, games, models, uniforms and graphics. Leaving the group and taking members. This is a capital offense and is leaving the Republic and taking other members with you (forcing them, or offering goods/services in return for exitting the group) Attempting to overthrow the government without going through official process. Attempting to sabotage the Republic in ## Section III. Disrespect & Equality Act ### Section. III. Art. I. Equality All members of the Galactic Republic are to be given the same opportunities to learn, progress, and achieve. Barring members from achieving these outcomes due to race, gender, sexuality, personal appearance, creed, or other beliefs is not tolerated in the Galactic Republic. ### Section. III. Art. II. Disrespect All users are subject to equality and freedom of discrimination and disrespect depending on personal factors. All users are entitled to equal opportunities within divisions, ranks, positions, and otherwise and are not to be prevented from these opportunities depending on their race, ethnicity, creed, sexuality, gender, or other protected factors. ## Section IV. The Supreme Court ### Section IV. Art. I. Introduction The Supreme Court is the governing judicial body of the Galactic Republic. The Supreme Court will act as a form of justice, freedom, and a protector of the constitution and the rights provided to members by it. The Supreme Court is established to create a fair, equal, and just form of punishment, appeal, guilt, and innocence. ### Section IV. Art. II. Independence The Supreme Court is part of the Galactic Senate, holding capacity under the power of the Vice Chair. The Supreme Court is not commanded by or interfered with by members of the Senate. The Vice Chair is not to be deemed as a Justice of the Courts, and holds no power over the decision process in all cases. The Vice Chair acts only as a formation of structure and is not a court official nor is he/she designated the power of the Courts.
