# Temporium Auction House Terms ## 1. Submissions #### 1.1. How to submit your Temtem * On the right hand sidebar on the discord here -> https://discord.gg/nZ25vdE click on the link in the status of the bot named "Submit Auction" * The form can be found here as well: https://forms.gle/ZvC7gbywM337sLhL7 * Fill out the form there and be present during the twitch stream #### 1.2 Submit to hold If you cannot be present during stream and would like a Temporium auctioneer to hold your submissions, please send a direct message to GlideHeart#0001 on the discord #### 1.3 Submitting Reserves Reserves must be agreed upon by both auctioneers and sellers, please once again direct message GlideHeart#0001 to discuss reserves. **Note: Reserves are only allowed on lumas or certain limited cosmetics. i.e tamer caps and discord hats.** ## 2. Bidding terms #### 2.1 Where to bid Auctions will take place on the Temporium twitch channel Tuesdays at 6pm EST *subject to change based on auctioneer avalibility. Annoucement of changed times will be posted in the discord.* Link: https://www.twitch.tv/temporiumgg #### 2.2 Bidding rules * Bids must be increased in incriments of 1,000 pansuns minimum. There is no maximum incriment. * No fake or "troll" bidding. Bidding on an auction without the intent to pay what was bid will result in a ban. * No bidding just to increase the price of the auction whatever a user bids, they must be ready to pay. * Dont undermine the current bidder on an item. They are bidding what they are willing to pay reguardless of market value. #### 2.3 How bidding will work When bids stop increasing the auctioneer will start a 20 second timer. He will write in chat as the timer goes down so that delay doesn't catch anyone. Bids can be submitted during that time to restart the timer. When the timer reaches 0 the highest bidder wins. ## 3. Payment #### 3.1 Buyers Winners of the auction must trade and pay for their winnings as soon as possible. Exceptions can be made and winners can have up to 24 hours to pay the auctioneer and collect their item. Failure to pay within 24 hours can result in a ban unless something is worked out between the buyer, seller, and Temporium. **The item will not be given to the buyer until payment in full has been made.** #### 3.2 Sellers **Temporium will be taking a 10% comission** from the sale of the item in our auction. 100% of the funds collected in comission will go back into the community for running events and prize pools. Payment will be given as soon as all the pansuns have been collected from the sale. If the buyer needs time to actually pay for their item, Temporium will get back to the seller to pay out what they are owed. If a reserve is not met, the seller can choose to sell to the highest bid, or the item can be returned to the seller.
