Our focus is on strategising and developing applications around topics such as the creator economy and gaming. We are a local hub for Tezos, an open-source platform for assets and applications backed by a global community of validators, researchers, and builders. We believe blockchain technology has the potential to empower people across the globe, by giving them back control over their data and to be able to transact immediately and without intermediaries. ## What the job involves - Developing and maintaining web applications based on the Tezos blockchain - Collaborating closely with the product owners - Collaborating closely with designers to build applications with strong UX, consistent design systems, and attractive UI - Working in a cross-functional team in an agile environment - Contributing to other open-source projects in Tezos ecosystem - Developing and maintaining the company website ## What we are looking for - 2+ years of web development experience, writing production web software and working with Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, TypeScript - Knowledge of web development best practices - Experience creating and mantaining design systems - Experience of working with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress - Knowledge of how to write clean code, apply design patterns, unit testing and integration testing - Strong communication skills combined with eagerness to share and help others develop - Good learning ability, open-mindedness and good self-organizational skills. - The ability to identify and explain issues and take ownership for delivering practical solutions, while prioritizing tasks effectively. ### Bonus: - Knowledge of Blockchain, cryptography, etc. - Interest in both frontend development and user experience - Experience with GraphQL - Experience with Next.js, Vue, Nuxt.js, SSR - Experience in SEO optimization - Experience in web accessibility and localization ## What we offer - Safe and respectful work environment - Competitive salary and token bonus - Beautiful office space in Kreuzkölln - A MacBook Pro If you are interested, please drop us a message at hello@tzconnect.com
