## Design consultancy agreement

Design consultancy agreement between: *Anita Sengupta* and *Tz Connect GmbH*

### Statement of Work

The designer will provde the following services:

- As TZ Connect is in need of a digital point of reference and contact, the designer will in line with the global adoption strategy, create a visual strategy aligning the global branding effort with the local needs. This will include, but is not limited to :
- A landing page design
- Branding guide and rules

- For the global hackathon strategy, the designer will research what visual tooling and guidelines are helpful and wished for when organising hackathons in the Tezos ecosystem. This wil result in the delivery of
- A hackathon design toolkit consisting of visual tooling and guidelines for hackathon organisers

- The MVP of the prediciton market will at least need an interface for
- market creation and administration
- participation in setup phase
- bidding in open markets and visualisatin of historical proces
- view of open markets

There is lots of prior art for how prediction markets look, but they are all quite similar. It would be nice to have something fresh.

Duration
The designer will work 64 hours in the month of January 2021 in which the deliverables are expected to be delivered.
