## Software development consultancy agreement

Software development consultancy agreement between: *Viktor Törnegren* and *Tz Connect GmbH*

### Statement of Work

The developer will provide the following services:

- TZ Connect is developing various software components which provide Decentralized Finance components for the Tezos blockchain. These initially take the form of a mathematical description of the characteristics of the component.

- The developer will familiarise himself with the mathematical descriptions of various components which are to be built, or are currently being built.

- He will learn the smart contract programming languages being used on the Tezos blockchain and will contribute to the development of implementations of the components.

- Other taks which are to be performed include thorough testing of the components, including the building of automated tests, and documentation of the components, and of the process of learning the Tezos development environment, for the education of subsequent Tezos developers.

### Duration

The developer will work 40 hours per week for three months from 1st March 2021.
