# Proposal: to make a prediction market for the semi-finals (06.07.21 and 07.07.21) and the final of the European football championship (11.07.21) ###### tags: `Prediction Market` ## Detail: papers.ch will make oracles for the football results and create the contract which will resolve the markets in the prediction market TZ Connect will create a simplified UI which has no 'create market' option, and deploy a prediction market to mainnet (?). The betting will be done using some token, to be decided. Probably not something with monetary value. We create the markets for the semi-finals as soon as the teams which will play are clear, ditto for the finals. Betting is permitted to continue until the market is resolved. We initialise each market to a 50/50 probability, with a good amount of liquidity. At the end of the championship we reward participants who have attained some level of success (profit > 100%?) with some badge style NFT.
