## Understand Overview Page
The application allows you to leverage the various platform offerings such as **Studio**, **Inbox**, **Insight**, **Channels**, and **Integrations**. Using these offerings, you can create a bot and integrate it with multiple channels. It allows you to track all data and metrics pertaining to your bot and manage customer queries on multiple channels.
In the application, the **Overview** page allows you to perform the following:
* Access the functionality of the platform offerings.
* Configure and manage the users to create the bot.
* Accommodate the bots under various environments.
* View configured channels and languages of your bot.
* Quickly access the links of the platform offerings, guided tour, and templates.
Upon signing in to the yellow.ai, the **Overview** page is displayed. The following screenshot depicts the **Overview** page:

In **Overview** page, the UI elements can be catagorized into two groups:
* **Product components** help users move around a product.
* **Help Components** help users to share the required information.

| **Module Switcher** | Allows you to access the offerings of the platform such as [Studio](/docs/platform_concepts/studio/overvie), [Inbox](/docs/platform_concepts/inbox/inbox), [Insight](/docs/platform_concepts/growth/overview), [Channels](/docs/platform_concepts/channelConfiguration/overview), [Enage](/docs/platform_concepts/engagement/engage), and [Integrations](/docs/platform_concepts/appConfiguration/overview). |
| **Search** | Allows you to search the content in the documentation, which is related to platform. |
| **Environment Switcher** |Allows you to switch between the application supported environments such as **Sandbox**, **Production**, and **Staging**. The environments are displayed based on the selected bots version and their subscriptions. |
| **Marketplace** | Allows you to use built in templates to quickly create your bots. There are several templates available to cater to different business scenarios. You can then modify the template flow as per your requirements. |
| **Access control** | Allows admin to manage the permissions for users to create a new account, add the existing users to an account, and to change the roles of the respective users. |
| **User Account** | Allows you to view your **Profile**, **Accept Invites**, and **My Subscription**. |
| **Select your bot** | Allows you to select the existing bot or you can create a new bot based on your requiremnts.|
| **Add channel** | Allows you to connect the existing or newly created bot with the available channels such as "Whatsapp messenger", "Facebook messenger", "Instagram", and so on. The selected channels are displayed under **Add channel**, and by default, "English" is displayed under **Bot speaks**. If you add the created bot to a multilingual language, then those languages are displayed. |
| **Configure** | Allows you to modify the configuration of the created bot. |

| **Quick links** | Allows you to quickly acess platform offerings. |
| **Notifications** | Allows users to get notifications for invited users to accept or reject bot access. |
| **Help** | Allows you to access the help materilas to know more about the platform.The following are the list of options: <br/>* **Read the docs** - This option navigates to yellow.ai documentation, where you can view the required information based on search results. <br/>* **Ask the community** - This option navigates to yellow.ai community upon signup, you can post your queries. In return, it provides the information related to your queries from the other users. <br/>* **Chat with support** - A support bot (Mia) is popping up. You can interact with this bot to post your queries, raise an issue, or send feedback based on business needs. <br/>* **Take guided tour** - This link navigates you to guided walkthrough and step-by-step guide tour of the platform. <br/>* **Submit feedback** - You can provide your feedback in support bot, which helps us know the customers requirements. |
