## Manage account settings You can modify your account password and set the default language after signing into the Yellow.ai platform. For more information about account settings and subscriptions, see [Account Setup and Subscription](https://docs.yellow.ai/docs/platform_concepts/Getting%20Started/account-setup). As a user, you can view your own profile, the subscription plan that you have upgraded to, bot invites, bot approvals, and the templates that you have downloaded from the Marketplace to build a bot that is related to your use case. ## 1. View your profile information Once you login to the platorm, you can see your first name, last name, and organisation name in this section. On the **Overview** page, click **User account** in the top right corner. <img src="https://i.imgur.com/5fo0P9x.png" alt="drawing" width="80%"/> <br/> Click **Profile** from the user account drop-down. <img src="https://i.imgur.com/IqalgMH.png" alt="drawing" width="80%"/> ### 2. Change your account password or platform language You can reset your password in this section if required. Also, you can change the language of the platform based on your business needs. **Change your pasword** Enter your current password under "Old password" and your new password under "New password," then enter it again under "Re-enter new password" to confirm the password. Click **Update**. <img src="https://i.imgur.com/iqYpP66.png)" alt="drawing" width="80%"/> :::note The green check mark under "Password must contain" will indicate your password's strength. Use a mixture of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters (for example, !, $, %, &, #, and so on) to create a stronger password. ::: Your password has now been updated. You will be redirected to the login page, and the new password will in effect next time you log in to the application. **Change your platform language** By deafult platform language is English. If you want to change the language, then you can click on **Change language**. The user can change the current language of the user interface to one of Yellow.ai's supported languages. Select the language from the **Current language** drop-down in the **Account language** pop-up and click **Save**. <img src="https://i.imgur.com/4a4PUnZ.png)" alt="drawing" width="80%"/> ### 2.2 View your account activity In the Inbox module, our agent replies to multiple customers through the mobile app or a signed-in device. In such cases, there will be two active sessions running, whether through the laptop or mobile app. In this case, you can track all the active sessions of the agent. You can see details such as the operating system from which you logged in and the browser used, along with the respective date and time. View your bot subscriptions In **My Subscriptions**, you can view the bots that you can access under the respective subscription plan. Click **Subscriptions** from the user account drop-down. :::note If you want to add a new subscription, then you have to contact the account manager. ::: <img src="https://i.imgur.com/M50BpIU.png)" alt="drawing" width="80%"/> <img src="https://i.imgur.com/X74Va7B.png)" alt="drawing" width="80%"/> You can view the details of the subscription plan that you have upgraded to, including the organisation name, billing address, and contact details. Also, you can invite users to access the bots under a particular subscription plan. <img src="https://i.imgur.com/FAQnNgG.png)" alt="drawing" width="80%"/> *** ## 3 Accept bot invite The other team members will send you a bot invite to your email address, where you can accept or reject the bot access. You can accept the bot invite so that you can contribute to the organization by building an effective bot quickly and easily. Click **Bot Invites** from the user account drop-down. <img src="https://i.imgur.com/7NNIq5a.png)" alt="drawing" width="80%"/> ### 3.1 View bot invites You can view the pending bot invites that have been sent by the other team members. Click Accept to access the bot, or click Decline. Click **Bot publish approvals** from the User account drop-down. <img src="https://i.imgur.com/hstIkXS.png)" alt="drawing" width="80%"/> When the other members of the team want to publish their bot in the different environments, an approval request is sent to your email and also in the Bot Approval section. Here, you can accept or decline. <img src="https://i.imgur.com/Wr5NGdG.png)" alt="drawing" width="80%"/> <img src="https://i.imgur.com/wuZvyob.png)" alt="drawing" width="50%"/> *** ## 5 Download the templates Let us consider that you have used the pre-built bot template from the Marketplace to build your bot based on your use case. If you want to publish the bot and want to keep a copy of this template, then you can download this template and view all the details of the template in this section. Note that, other team members who are not part of this organization cannot see these templates that are downloaded. You can also delete this template based on your needs. To resume, you will have to sign in. If you want to log out of the platform, you can click **Logout** under User account. <img src="https://i.imgur.com/8M6qNvZ.png)" alt="drawing" width="80%"/> :::note Inbox agents are not logged out of the platform after a few minutes of inactivity because they are waiting for tickets that are posted by other users. :::
