## Self-help resources Self-help resources are readily available on the platform to provide you with immediate assistance in resolving your issues that are related to the product. ### <a name="access"></a> 1. Usage of the Help section Irrespective of whether you are a new or experienced user, when you face any problem related to the platform, you can make use of the resources to understand a product, contact our product experts, or connect with our support agents. It consists of complete help articles covering the entire product offerings. The product experts will analyse your query and provide relevant solutions. Enable notifications to get notified when someone responds to your queries. To post your queries in the community, make sure you have signed up to the [Community](https://community.yellow.ai/). 1. Whatever question you ask, the bot will analyze, understand, and send you a proper response. Here, you can raise an issue or book a session with our product experts. It also helps you to connect with our agents (during business hours).
