## Know about Platform Offerings

Upon signing in to [Yellow.ai](https://cloud.yellow.ai/), the **Overview** page is displayed. This page aims to give you access to a set of UI elements to make your conversation more engaging when building a bot.

### About Overview page

In **Overview** page, the enrolled or added collaborators can easily create and access the bot by performing the following:

* You can access the functionality of the platform offerings to create a bot and integrate it with multiple channels to track all data and metrics pertaining to your bot, and to manage customer queries on multiple channels.
* Configure and manage the users to create the bot.
* Accommodate the bots under various environments.
* View configured channels and languages of your bot.
* Quickly access the links of the platform offerings, guided tour, and templates.

### UI Elements

This page lists the UI elements to access the product accorrding to your business needs. The UI elements can be catagorized into two groups:

1. **Product components** help users move around a product in the most effective way to design bot initiation.
2. **Help Components** help users if they get stuck somewhere or you want to know about a particular feature in more depth. For more information, see Understand UI Elements in Overview page.
