**Charter:** [Open Enclave SDK Committers](https://github.com/openenclave/openenclave/tree/master/docs/Community/governance)
## Procedural Guidelines
The chair of the next meeting should attempt to establish an agenda before the meeting, but attendees may (and should) add to the agenda themselves in this shared document.
At the start of the meeting, the chair should ask for a volunteer to take minutes. The person taking minutes should do roll call and record who is present in the table.
Minutes should be fairly comprehensive, especially in regards to decisions and action items. *These minutes are public and shared with the community.*
After roll call, the chair should get consensus on the agenda, editing as appropriate. It is the chair's job to ensure that the meeting then follows the agenda, and that everyone is given an equal chance to speak.
As the meeting concludes, the current chair should ask for a volunteer to chair the next meeting, and then pass off preparation of the minutes.

* Aeva: Suggest github issue, each person who takes the training should comment
* Dave: Suggests that we should track r+ people first
* Aeva: Tag everyone who has r+ permissions on the issue, everyone who finishes should comment
* Action: Radhika: Will create an issue and tag the right set of people
* No meeting in December as people out on vacation
