Crimes Repeal Bill === ### 1. Title This Act may be cited as the Crimes Repeal Act 2020. ### 2. Commencement This Act comes into force on the day after the date it receives the Royal Assent. ### 3. Purpose The purpose of this Act is to abolish crime. ### 4. Principal Act This Act amends the Crimes Act 1961 (the principal Act). ### 5. Repeal of the Crimes Act 1961 The Crimes Act 1961 is repealed.
