# Swarm.city "Boardwalk" ### Demo/feedback session --- ## What we did really well imo - Quick to understand what needs to be done - Almost no regression --- ## What we learned / could do better - Make a clearer distinction between what is for our team to research and what to leave up to others - Group chat was the best example: it's an unsolved problem and we spent approx 1 month trying to solve it only to end with a solution we don't really like but works. --- ## What we learned / could do better - Timing: again a lesson in minimising scope, estimating time/development duration is super hard. - Imo it's almost impossible, and a really hard problem in terms of budgetting / planning. --- ## How far we got - Season 1 is done - Group chat and chat is where we got stuck slightly - this was a roadblocker - Extracting the sdk lib is ongoing - Writing feedback / documentation is ongoing --- ## About collaborating with Waku  Filoozom's Feedback: https://hackmd.io/gSI34PdURseRkCbMoAEx4w --- ## Waku - We got stuck at "group chat" because we tried to figure out how to do it by ourselves, but we don't have the resources to do that.
