Project DarkCat - Blockchain Security Guardian

The problem DarkCat solves

Whenever an attack occurs, it takes some time to analyze the trace call over txid. We want to automate this process to assist security analysts in quickly identifying issues and providing mitigation to the protocol owner.

Security analysts can use our platform and simply provide a transaction ID (txid). With the help of the tool, we can promptly determine whether it involves an attack related to price manipulation, public call and unsafe call, among other factors.

Security analysts can ask DeFiHackLabs AI Assistant, which has a vast knowledge base, to find out about any vulnerability descriptions and check if a similar incident has occurred before.

DarkCat will play the role of a vigilant guardian by automatically checking for security bugs in newly deployed contracts, generating specific proof of concept (POC), and root cause analysis reports, effectively aiding security analysts in incident analysis and saving a significant amount of time.

Challenges we ran into

• There are some attacks which happen in multiple transactions, later we will add multi tx poc support and contract creation during exploit.

• Time constrain so we finished in phase2, we will continue work on phase3 and phase4 after Quillcon Codequest Hackathon.
