* **Name:** Stif
* **Student ID:** D11115811
* **Department:** Computer Science and Information Engineering
* **Laboratory:** Wireless Communication and Network Engineering
* **Research Direction:** Intelligent Routing & Resource Allocation Protocols for IoV & VANET
* **Brief Background and Course Intentions:**
- This is Estifanos Tilahun Mihret. I received my BS degree in Computer Science in 2012 and my MS degree in Computer Networking in 2018. Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Information Engineering at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taipei, Taiwan. My research interests include Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks (VANETs), the Internet of Vehicles (IoVs), as well as intelligent routing and resource allocation management protocols.
- I want to take the wireless communication course because it aligns with my research goals in the routing protocols of VANET (IoV) and will provide me with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this rapidly evolving field. I'm excited about the potential for wireless communication technologies to drive innovation and connectivity in various sectors, making it a compelling area of study for me. Additionally, this course is one of my Ph.D. qualifying examinations.
