## Présentation génerale

Hello, I'm Cyriaque Tonnerre, I'm the head of "the structure". It's a co-living space in Sydney. It was built in 2016 against a lack of affordable house or flat and to allow students to find easily a housing
So it's a modern building to welcome students who come from all around the word.
This year, there will be privates rooms to a single person at 45$ a week or for two persons at 30$ a week per person.
It's located in the center of Sydney to enable all student to have access to best university.
We welcome more than 10 different nationality.
Now, we will present you the different part of "The structure" and the student's private room:

## Amenagement

Our structure is devised in four main parts. The first is the principal building where there are private rooms. The other buildings are annexes where you find the communal areas. We don't allow the housemates to be noisy, party and listen to loud music in the private rooms for the well-being of the other residents.

The private rooms are very well equipped and each students can use the cleaning services.

As opposed to people who live alone in a flat, the students who live in our community have access to high quality communal amenities.
Firstly we permit the students to use a computer room, a work space and a library. It's a great place for the student when they want revise their courses. These areas allow the students to work in good condition and team up with other workers. Besides, there are tablets with articial intelligence and modern laptops.

Secondly we offer a game's room, cinema, swimming pool, and a giant gym to residents. These communal spaces aim at having a rest, making friend quickly and knowing each other. The game's room would be an agreable place for the students to play video games. Besides, we have a lot of sport's supplies.

There are a lot of activities provided at our structure like cooking, playing in the instrument or practicing a sport like football or basketball. In common spaces, there are cameras for the protection of the residents.

All students who live in our structure can enjoy these equipments unless they don't respect the rules or materials.

## Pourquoi choisir notre structure ?
Hello everyone, I’m Mikaela Zerdouk and I’m a resident who have lived in "the Young Bamboo" since ten months. I would like to share with you my experience about co-living. Firstly, I didn’t want to live in a flat with others students because I didn’t be willing to do the chores or to bear my roomates every single day if I didn’t get along with them. In "the young bamboo" you can have an individual and cheap bedroom so you won’t have to put up with the lack of privacy. Having a private room permits you to be alone and to have a rest when you need it.
if you are afraid about loneliness, don’t panic. A lot of students are worried about feel isolated. but provided you are used to going in commun spaces, you will build new relatiobship straight away.
Therefore it’s really interesting to get know each others since everybody come from different country. it’s extremely rewarding and it’s allows you to benefit from them and their experiences.
