# Bizdev for MetaFactory
Our number one priority should be increasing our bottom line. We need to increase our drop frequency and quantity to boost revenue and ultimately drive-up profit. Instead of spending our time on secondary or internal things like MF.OS, we should drive our efforts into 2 main things:
**1. Increasing our bottom-line
2. Wearables**
We can increase our bottom-line through 5+1 main avenues described below.
## 1. Push through pending drops
Do we have any drops in our pipeline? What's holding them back?
Can we push them through if the delay's on our end? If it's on partner's end, can we circle back and move it along? Ideal people for this are people who were already involved in the discussion and are aware of where we're at.
We need to avoid situations like the Sushi Hoodie.
## 2. Publish the intake form and capture new leads
The intake form will help us communicate a clear way for interested parties to work with MF, and act as a funnel for us to handle inbound interest. After finalizing the form, we should look to do a public push on our socials, email list and Discord server to generate some buzz.
## 3. Create in-house designs for MetaFactory drop
There's already a lot of great talent within the MetaFactory community we can activate to design our own products. We could organize a quick design jam and assign a ROBOT jam to award participants and share some of the profit with the designer whose design we end up turning into a drop.
## 4. Circle back to cold leads
It's possible that there are drops in our pipeline that have been cold for months, either because the other side went silent, or because we failed to follow through and the conversation died out. We can circle back to any potential cold lead, review, and decide whether it makes sense to revive the conversation and try to move the drop forward.
## 5. Reach out to new leads
We could try the cold-call approach and reach out to some interesting projects in the space that we'd want to collaborate with and draft a proposal to create merch for them. We could be a bit lenient with our pricing since we'd be requesting it, but there's still margin for profit. Could turn it into a group exercise where everyone can suggest projects and put together proposals to run by the team before reaching out.
## 6. (Additional) Shrink
If we cannot increase our bottom line by increasing our throughtput, we should look into cutting back on our recurring expenses and stablecoin stipends and maybe even shifting to a $ROBOT/per contribution model of rewarding contributors until market sentiment changes for the better.
Not the best option for anyone, but something we should keep in mind as a solution.
