We should be clear when collaborating with others on the messaging from now on. - Talked about implementing a system for invoicing. Lots of people pay us with stables so we could use Utopia. Utopia doesn't do outward invoicing though, just expensing. Coinbase could be an option but it's not worth it so it might be better to do it manually. - MetaDreamer showcased MF.OS and how we could do invoicing through it. - We take a margin on top of production cost so we need to middleman the payments from clients to producers. - MetaDreamer updated Retool and we can now see customer ETH addresses by product or within a certain date range. - Talked about the 3 upcoming drops - NEON DAO (Wholesale), Redacted and Pwn. They're all ready to go - we're waiting on descriptions and drop dates. - Everybody should pay 50% of the production minimum, and the rest before the sale goes live. We then split profits 50/50 with them. That doesn't apply for T6 drops since they're on-demand. - We use T6 depending on what kind of blanks the client wants, and whether they want an on-demand production or upfront. - 50% downpayment adds a friction point to accounting, communication and drop process. - LEX DAO wants to do a drop - need to communicate the new drop model (50/50) with them. - We should compliment our new drops with a newsletter/email blast that goes out and informs people of the new products on our shop. - Drew, MetaDreamer and DAOFREN have access to Twitter. Maybe we should give access to the whole core team on TweetDeck? If not with the ability to tweet, then maybe the ability to draft tweets. - Talked about the action items from last core call. - Discussed about creating an info page about the drops that leads to the form. Drew argues that we should do it on a 1-on-1 basis, Wes and MD believe that we've been doing that so far and it doesn't work. We need to offload info upfront. - It's difficult to include all the different possibilities simply because it's too much detail and combinations. We don't want to induce paralysis by analysis to potential clients. - Cameron (Kong) wants to do a shirt drop, hopefully for ETHDenver. They want the kong chip to be easily scannable if a person is wearing the t-shirt without making it awkward. - Discussed about chip placement in general. - Shifted the discussion to ETHDenver. It might not be worth to do a full booth or throw a party. Perhaps we could go for an ice-truck idea (similar to NFT.NYC).
