They are liable for the sentencing of the crime they were suspected of attempting. Applies to any offence except: - Manslaughter - Conspiracy - Aiding or Abetting #### Section V, Conspiracy to Commit an Offence Deals with conspiracy to commit an offence. They may be guilty of the offence even though it is not possible to commit. They must know or intended to know that it was to break an offence. They are liable for the offence they were conspiring to break. Except: - Manslaughter - Conspiracy - Aiding or Abetting #### Section VI, Aiding and Abetting an Offence Deals with the assistance or aiding/abetting others during a criminal act. An aider is defined as one who gives assistance to the principal offender. Law firm defines this as assisting, supporting, or helping another to commit a crime. An abettor is one who facilitates a crime during its progress. Law firm defines this as encouraging, inciting, or inducing another to commit a crime. Being present at the crime is neither aiding or abetting. An unlawful killing is defined as not: - Reasonable self-defence for fear of death - Immediate fear of death for persons surrounding the close vicinity - Action against enemies, that are not United Kingdom citizens, during war. Does not cover arson. #### Section XIX, Fruad :::info Sentencing: 7 Days Imprisonment ::: >Will not cover this law as it is highly confusing in writing, refer to other fruad laws. Two or more persons must be committing Affray. Cannot be prosecuted with words alone. May be committed in a private area. #### Section XXIII, Riot :::info Sentencing: 5 Days Imprisonment ::: Defined as the presence of 7 or more persons who are using or threatening unlawful violence for a common purpose and may cause a persons on scene to fear for personal safety. May be committed in a private area. Any person who is using or threatening violence may be prosecuted. #### Section XXIV, Dangerous driving :::info Sentencing: 2 Days Imprisonment ::: Defined as intentional disreguard for safe operation of a vehicle. Fires more than one projectile on each trigger press (eg flechette rounds) 2. Is self loading or pump action, with .22 calibre weaponry as an exception 3. Has a barrel of less than 1 stud in length, excluding air weapons or breech-loaded weaponry 4. Is a rocket launcher, mortar or other such explosive weaponry 5. Is a weapon or other which is designed for the emission of noxious or harmful gases or liquids ##### Subsection B, Bladed Articles A bladed weapon is defined as: 1. Blade is over .2 studs 2. Blade is designed to harm life #### Section I, Restricted Weapons ##### Subsection A, Blunt Weapons A blunt weapon is defined as: - An instrument designed to use blunt truama to inflict damage (ex. Baton, clubs) - An object that may be used to cause if used maliciously ##### Subsection B, Firearms not mentioned above - Air weapons - Crossbows - Hunting rifles - Hunting shotguns (if buckshot ammuntion is used) ##### Subsection C, Projectile Weapons Ex. Nail guns, cap guns, toy weapons ##### Subsection D, Air Weapons Ex. Air rifles, airsoft guns ### Part III, Allowed Usage #### Section I, Firearms - Police authorised firearms officers - Military personnel allowed by the gov/mil command - Military Police - Special Forces - Others given authority by the government or monarchy #### Section II, Restricted Items - Private Security approved by the government - Farmers (Hunting) - With cause (Airsoft hobbyist) - With license (License must be in pocession of user at all times) ### Part V, Civilian Ownership - Illegal unless weapon can be acquired from a legitmate dealer - Open carry is illegal - Harnassed weapons are not deemed open carry - Civilians may use restricted weapons in an offensive manner for self-defence - Civlians are permitted by a license and legal firearm requirements: - Firearm is not covered by above conditions - Semi-automatic weapon - Acquired from a legal and legitmate dealership
