Project reporting responsibilities** * Your project (L3S-2 or ESR2) is part of WP3 and involved in D1.1 and D1.2 (see Section 3.1.1.3 of the GA: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1g-XSyerjNOLAyq9-PBVvT9wCjWM-RmOE) lead by KULEUVEN and LUH respectively. Please ask the corresponding ESR/PIs what is the status, delivery date and what/how you should contribute. Secondments** * Original planning and comments/todos, see also progress report (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1525XjYa8iIstpWPJerig7TQHiQAY60B2P-I6TwAGbjA/edit#), in which I have tagged you in a few places and probably you took care of them already. * OU [M14–M17, Alani]: To investigate the role of semantic knowledge bases and structures in bias analysis over social media streams. * In the progress report, we say shifted to M26-M28 (tentative, dependent on Covid restrictions) * The tentative refers to whether will take place in-person or online I assume, please update to make it more clear * Contact Harith and Miriam with me in cc, is this a good time for them? First ask about timing and then you should send them a proposal for the secondment (similar to Simone, you can talk to him) and please talk to their ESR to identify topics of common interest. * ExpertSystem [M24–M26, Gómez Pérez]: Discovery and elimination of bias in the analysis of user usage streams in audience measurement applications. * If now the first secondment is shifted, the second one has also to be shifted (they are currently overlapping) for +6Months at least. Again contact ExpertSystem if they are fine with this change (you can ask Gourab for contact data and also check in the GA whether some other ESR will have a secondment there; in this case, you should contact them together but again keep Gourab in the loop) * NORDLB [M34–M36, Kalish]: Bias detection in banking (loan applications) streams. * We have to find a new industrial collaborator for this. Schufa might be an option, they are already in the consortium. Please talk to their ESR whether there are joint topics of interest and then contact the corresponding PI if they are interested in another secondment. * @Siamak Ghodsi: the bank industry might be a good secondment candidate.
