# Kaplan-Meier Curves Demonstrate the Ability of OXA Derivatives to Kill Adult Schistosomes In Vitro. All compounds were test against S. mansoni, S. haematobium and S. japonicum worms and compared to control in vitro. OXA derivatives were tested against 10 worms per well. All derivatives were solubilized in 100% DMSO and administered at a required concentration in µM per well. All screens were performed in experimental and biological triplicate. Survival was plotted as a percentage over time using Prism/Curve Comparison/ Long-rank (Mantel-cox) test. The p-value threshold for each derivative compared to DMSO was <0.001. ## Description of the data and file structure Each row data file of Prism represents one worm. The X values are time. The Y values are entered into two columns that define the treatment groups. The Y value is "1" when the worm died at the specified time, and "0" when the subject's data was censored at that time. Note that unlike some programs, you don't enter group ID into a column in Prism, but rather define the treatment groups by the Y columns.
