# On Site Operations --- The purpose of this document is to cover the SFs on site operations. ## Standard Operations --- During standard operations all Security Forces should be following their mandates. Standard Operations are automatically underway unless another operation is on-going. ## Combative Operations --- **Raid Phase 1** *When a phase 1 raid is declared Ground Force personnel should rally and guard the CDC, LCZ, as well as the Omicron gate. Military Police personnel should deploy to keep order at both locations and follow their respective orders. Specialized Response Team personnel should deploy and focus on Site Theta and the main gate. Tests are not allowed during Combative Operations.* **Raid Phase 2** *When a Phase 2 raid is declared Ground Force Personnel should rally and keep order to Site Theta and guard the Site Omicron checkpoint. Military Police are to deploy and follow their respective orders as well as guard the CDC and LCZ. Specialized Response Team personnel are to patrol around the site for CI as well as taking control of Site Theta.* *Phase 1 can be declared by a **Strategic Command Staff.*** *Phase 2 can be declared by a **Strategic Command Officer.*** *Phases must be un-done by an equal ranking personnel if the personnel that called it went off duty or by a higher ranking personnel* ## Riot Operations --- **Phase 1** *When a Riot is declared Riot Response Personnel are to form up at the CDC and quash the riot, CD are only to be given one warning before being terminated, CD that are rioting are to be solitaried if possible. SRT is to provide combative support to RRU while available MP and Ground Force personnel guard the outside of CDC.* **Phase 2** *When a phase 2 riot is declared Riot Response Personnel are to keep all CDs within their cells, CD that do not comply are to be terminated and for repeated non-compliance, sent to solitary. SRT are to provide combative support and available MP as well as Ground Force personnel should help RRU stop the raid.* *Phase 1 can be declared by a **Strategic Command Officer.*** *Phase 2 can be declared by a **Strategic Commander.*** *Phases must be un-done by an equal ranking personnel if the personnel that called it went off duty or by a higher ranking personnel. Phase 2 is automatically un-done if the personnel that called it leaves.* ## Checkpoints --- * During Standard Operations, Checkpoints are manned by Ground Personnel and supervised by MP until a Ground Force Officer takes over. * During Combative Operations, checkpoints can be taken over by SRU however these checkpoints can not stop/check foundation personnel unless an order has been given for them to not be in the area or to get into a breach/raid shelter. * During Riot Operations, Ground Force outside CDC are to setup a checkpoint to monitor flow in and out of CDC, only essential combative personnel and O5s are allowed in. ## CDC Regulations --- ## Operating Area --- The Security Forces operate in the Class D Containment Zone, Site Omicron, and Site Theta.
