# Security Forces Regulations The purpose of this handbook is to contain the information of the SF regulations, operating procedures, and more. This handbook is public. ## Ranking --- This section will cover each rank, and what they are eligible for. [`Non-Comissioned Officer`] **Senior Security Officer:** Clearance 2 eligible. [`Senior Non-Comissioned Officer`] **Security Sentinel:** Clearance 2 eligible. [`Comissioned Officer`] **Lieutenant:** Clearance 3 eligible. [`Senior-Comissioned Officer`] **Captain:** Clearance 4 eligible. [`Low-Command`] **Major:** Clearance 4 eligible. [`Command`] **Deputy Chief:** Clearance 5 eligible. [`High Command`] **Security Chief:** Clearance 5 eligible. [`Highest Command`] **O5-4:** cheifmast. ## Divisions --- The Security Forces has 4 Divisions, those being the Ground Force, Military Police, the Specialized Response Team, and the Riot Response Unit. One can only be in 1 division at at time, not including the Riot Response Unit. ## On Site Regulations --- While in the SF there are a number of regulations that you have to follow, this section will cover on-site regulations. ### Conduct While on site regardless of the team you are on, you are representing the Security Forces. Any lack of grammar, un-professionalism, or conduct deemed undesirable well result in punishment. ### Uniform While on the Security Team you are required to wear a uniform regardless of rank. The uniforms will be listed below. - Standard Uniform - Military Police Uniform - Specialized Response Team Uniform - Riot Response Uniform Each Uniform is only to be utilized by those in the respective sub-division, the standard uniform can be used by all. Furthermore, if a divisional member is not in their divisional morph they are not to use their division's tools and not to do the divisions duties. ### In-game chat & Radios. The use radio should only be used for appropriate communications. Faces are not allowed to be used in game. ### Equipment The Security Forces has many equipment within its use, this equipment and its regulations will be stated below. **Primary Weapon's** - Remington 870; Restricted to Security Officer+ - M16A3; Restricted to Senior Security Officer+ - UMP45; Restricted to Junior Security Officer+ - M4A1; Restricted to Military Police, and Lieutenant+. - M4A1 SOPMOD; Restricted to Specialized Response Team. **Secondary Weapon's** - Glock 17; Can be utilitzed by all personnel. **Special Equipment** - Beanbag Shotgun; Restricted to Deployed Riot Response Unit members. - Tazer; Restricted to Senior Security Officer+ and Military Police members. Read detainment & tazer regulations. - Cuffs; Restricted to Junior Security Officer+. - Solitary Cuffs; Restricted to Senior Security Officer+. Read detainment & tazer regulations. ### Detainment & Tazer Regulations This section of the handbook will cover detainment regulations, tazer regulations, and solitary regulations. **Detainment Regulations** This section will cover detainment regulations. - Detainment of Class-D Personnel; The Detainment of Class-D personnel shall be up to the person detaining, use common sense. - Detainment of Security Forces Members; Only Security Sentinel+ and Military Police Personnel may detain fellow Security Forces members if they are breaking regulation. The only bypass to this is if the SF member is rogue, then all personnel may attempt to cuff the member. Military Police has priority over Lieutenant and under in dealing with a rogue member and anyone breaking regulation. - Detainment of Foundation Personnel; The detainment of Foundation Personnel is restricted to Military Police, Foundation Personnel may only be detained by MP if they are breaking the Code of Ethics or SCP Wide Regulations. The exemption to this is if the Foundation Personnel is rogue, then all members may attempt to cuff the FP. **Tazer Regulations** This section will cover tazer regulations. - Tazer Use on Class-D Personnel; The tazer may be used on Class-D personnel who need to be detained and or are not complying, the tazer may not be used on C-D personnel actively engaging with a firearm. - Tazer Use on Security Forces Members; The tazer may be used on SF members who are rogue and or are trying to be apprehended. - Tazer use on Foundation Personnel; The use of the tazer on Foundation Personnel is restricted to Military Police, Foundation Personnel may only be tazed by MP if they are breaking the CoE or SCP Wide Regulations and are trying to be apprehended and or are not complying/resisting. The exemption to this is if the Foundation Personnel is rogue, then all who are allotted the tazer may attempt to taze and apprehened the FP. **Solitary Regulations** This section will cover solitary regulations. - Solitary Confinement may only be used on C-D who have; *Being a nuiscance to personnel after being told to stop* *Attempted to start a riot* *Crossing or getting on the termination line 3 times within a period of 2 minutes* *C-D in a large gathering (5+ people) and not dispering after being told to* *Rioting after being given a verbal warning to desist* *Attempted Escape or Escape* *Any other reason approved by Deputy Chief+* - Solitary Confinement Sentences; *Nuiscance: 5 minutes in Solitary* *Attempting to start a riot: 10 minutes in Solitary* *Crossing or getting on the termination line: 5 minutes in Solitary* *Large Gathering: 10 minutes in Solitary* *Rioting: 20 minutes in Solitary* *Attempted Escape or Escape: 15 minutes in Solitary* ### Addendum --- Well, this is the end of the doc.
