# Code of Conduct This code of conduct is for the group project “Project persistent”, for the course of Software Engineering of Saxion University of Applied Sciences in Deventer. To ensure that the group properly works together, the code of conduct must be established. The code of conduct contains a number of rules that all members of the group must comply with. The code of conduct also contains rules that should prove to be helpful when internal issues arise within the group. Additionally the code of conduct contains consequences if the code of conduct guidelines are not met. --- ## Group Members: [Henry Wright](@washedszn): * Student number = 474288 * Mail address = 474288@student.saxion.nl * Client Liaison [Kurt Lopez](@Kurtuhkus): * Student number = 495308 * Mail address = 495308@student.saxion.nl * Sprint 1 Scrum Master [Max Uhlig](@MaximilianUhlig): * Student number = 491072 * Mail address = 491072@student.saxion.nl * Sprint 3 Scrum Master [Mostafa Ali](@mostafaali1995): * Student number = 499484 * Mail address = 499484@student.saxion.nl * Sprint 2 Scrum Master <table> <thead> <tr> <th colspan="8">Strike Table</th> <th colspan="8">Tally</th> </tr> </thead> <tbody> <tr> <td colspan="10">Henry Wright</td> <td colspan=""></td> </tr> <tr> <td colspan="10">Kurt Lopez</td> <td colspan=""></td> </tr> <tr> <td colspan="10">Max Uhlig</td> <td colspan=""></td> </tr> <tr> <td colspan="10">Mostafa Ali</td> <td colspan=""></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> --- ## Rules * When one or more rules are violated, a democratic decision is made as to whether you will receive a strike. * The strike system is not a personal form of punishment but rather a way to ensure the cooperation of all team members. * A strike is like an official warning. * At the first strike will be a formal warning. * At the second strike, your grade will be deducted by one point. * At the third strike you are kindly requested to leave the group. ### The rules to be observed are as follows: * Participate actively and arrive on time. (for example, if you are ill, if you will arrive a little late) you must report this to the rest of the group. Multiple absences could lead to exclusion from the group) * Tasks are distributed fairly. This means that everyone can learn from this project, no “piggyback riding”. * Work should be completed in time. If not a valid effort should be made to show the group where you got stuck and how you tried to solve the issue. * Good cooperation and communication. To ensure that we do not fall behind schedule, it is wise to inform the rest of the group if there are major problems/obstacles. Good communication is important. * Create and meet deadlines. * Regularly share your progress and any issues. * Speak up. * No distraction during meetings.Think of cellular phones or laptops that are used for other purposes. * Sharing information with each other is done via the Teams group, agenda items and minutes are shared via e-mail. The Discord group may also be used * The project members must keep time sheets. If it turns out that someone works fewer hours, the tasks can be redistributed. * The project members work together on the project on the agreed days. * Keep the scheduled hours free for the project. * Meetings can be rescheduled, but a 48 period of notification is required to inform the rest of the team of this change. ### What happens when these rules are broken? *The active Scrum Master must contact Craig via email, explaining why they are receiving the strike, with proof. All team members must also be copied into the email.*
