+ 1) CONSULT: $500 fee for in-depth advisory work and one week of asynchronous collaboration on product scoping, technical architecture, budgeting, team composition, and prototyping from experienced RaidGuild personnel.
+ 2) SPEC: $5.5K fee for an actionable product proposal including detailed scope, budget, and timeline. Client usually works with RaidGuild to execute, but they are free to shop this doc to other dev teams. SPEC includes everything in CONSULT.
+ 3) CUSTOM: Rapid prototyping or long term dev contract. CUSTOM includes both CONSULT and SPEC, but if a client is sufficiently informed and focused, RaiGuild can skip the SPEC process.
+ It would be nice if potential clients can go into our interactive piece at the booth and on RaidGuild website, then request more info about one of the above three offerings. 1) That way, we have prospects self-select into pipelines of different values and we can skip the "hey pay 500 for a first conversation and we're not clear how much projects generally cost because it depends" conversation, instead, telling clients CONSULT is an actual service that we sell and it's not just a friendly intro call they shouldn't have to pay for nor a sales call for us to shill them. 2) SPEC is an easily sellable offering that I suspect would be our "hook" to secure clients and the easist justifiable spend for a prospect who wants a taste test before hiring a full blown dev team.
