### Sale of Green Pil through National Western venue
Raid Brood Labs LLC will take ownership of cans from Woods Boss Brewing and deliver to venue. Of the total batch **XXX cans** will be set aside for free claiming at venue as desired. The remaining yeild will be sold through the venue's points of sale via Cater West. **Public goods will recieve 50% of the profits from the sale**. In exchange RaidBrood will recieve 50% of profits
