+ Cleric HAT
+ Raid Party HATs

+ more data points
+ cons
+ complication
+ identify points for integration with Dungeon Master
+ pages within DM or seperate AP
+ Creation of Raid and Raid Roles as a
+ staking for outside of DM
+ add the Rite of Moloch branch to the Tree
### Implementation
- goerli launch first
- zodiac modual
- Manager Hat contract
- dev needed?
- PreReqs
- DH v3?
- Questions answered for the HATs team
- Raid Staking
- Commitment requirements UI for clerics
- Commitment staking UI for Raiders
##
- Pools
- staking token is RAID
- increasing liquidity for RAID
- may encourage selling
-
- potential benefits (carrots)
- Retroactive rewards
- with the on chain data
- Slashed funds split amoungst members
- partial split of
- concerns
- centralization
- one person
## Talk with Plor review of Trello
- Utilize HATS for governance (act as an admin key, revokable seperate from contract)
- each staking contract
- Contracts
- Deposit contract
- Staking contracts
- modular but all able to interact with the deposit pool
- different pools for different Raids, or RIPs or Responsibilities (e.g. Champion Staking)
- Ideas
- Overstaking
- e.g. 200% stake for what is necessary
- leveraged skin in the game
- Incentive mechanism, not collatoralized/monetized
- Slashing arbitration
- Optimistic Slashing
- Optimistic Slashing: Slash happens if no one disputes
- DAO has the power to make the final say
- Person2Person
- 1. apply for a slash
- 2. all parties submit evidence of the wrongdoing
- 3. bring evidence to a tribunal
- 4. vote is put on chain
- Utilize Reality.ETH model
- resoltion process that involves putting up stake behind positions
- What is the percentage needed to win a round?
- What is the math behind these models?
- What is the token used?

## Questions
### Stake
- What is the Stake Set to?
- OG S&C was set at 5% of individuals Take home in $RAID.
- Reward was a match from the DAO's $RAID pool to the total staked from Proj
- Current Stakes
- Village People = 500 $RAID ~= $50
- RiteOfMoloch = 50000 $RAID ~= $500
- ?? Sacred Oath = 100000 $RAID ~= $1000 ??
- Additional tokens
- Implement a badge for successful compeletion of tasks/goals/ethc
- opens up different workstream, reputation within the guild
### Purpose
- What is the commitment to?
- If the commitment will be used to gate discord we are saying that its a general commitment to participate in Raid Guild. Therefore what are things that would preclude one from being a RG Member?
- What are we trying to establish accountability for?
- commitment over preformance
- how do we distinguish between a stake to commit to:
- Raids?
- RIPs?
- Internal Ops?
- Meetings?
- Votes?
- What is a slashable event?
- Need an additional layer for availability
- Maybe the Stake shows that you are actively participating in the guild (attending meetings when possible, paying attention to #who-is-available, etc)
- If we could implement an availablity metric then we could make that part of the Oath Keeper's responsibilities. Making sure that your stats are up to date
- Specific to Raids: bringing on fresh raiders the issue is BS'ed experience not flakiness
- Different problem to solve, Raid Guild reputation measure
## Notes from 12/12 talk
- Need to define Rules
- If this is denoting Active/Inactive
- Distinction between Loot holders, Share and stakers
- Votes
- New Member
- RIP Funding
- Mint a SBT to Members
- Guild Kick
- RFC
## Notes from 12/12 talk
- Next steps
- Go through the pilot and retro from the previous Stake&Commit
- Derive a proposal for the research and scoping sprint
- [User Stories](/_VXKF5FcShqPWRgjcLNxIg)
- [Review of the Pilot](/9bKQinhURwqeZc9t7lYMYA)
- [Moonshot goals](/unWnj9kTTRegE4KnbKrvVg)
- Question
- opt-in or mandatory?
- How do we enforce mandatory nature?
- Gating of the Raid Guild Discord
- Required for participation in the Raid
- initial was opt-in, didn't get a lot of use
- because of signalling or because it needs teeth
- with opt-in and specific S&C to a specific raid there was the ability to incentize a new raider to take over for a slashed raider
- Reward scheme
- you don't want to incentivize slashing
- more slashing =/= more rewards
- slashes have a home in the general tithe pool
- how to diversify the pool
- slashes go to the tithing pool
- more
- How do we offboard funds after good participation?
- How do you get slashed?
- What is the
- Ideas
- Tellor incentivises calling people out for bad faith actions
- Uma (options trading platform) reliant on oracle
- SLASHING is an ORACLE for this OATH
- Consolidate Staking Contracts
- Rite of Moloch
- Sacred Oath
- Could be the active/inactive members split
- Target for Slashed funds
- Sucessful slasher
- General Pool
- Fund for incentivizing new Raiders to jump on and fill the whole left by slashed Raider
- What are the distractions, how do we maintain focus
- The Network
## Notes from 12/15 jam
- Staking holds reputation with it
- should get good data over time
- Bidding to get on raids could lead to unfairness
- Should get a feel for how much $RAID members have
- Also how much are people willing to stake
- What does research look like?
- Initial push for Raid Guild buy-in
- Final "shovel-ready" plan for devs
