## Dear Nouns Community!!

It’s official!!! **HOPE Outdoor Gallery** has confirmed completion plans with **[Sabre Construction](https://www.sabrecommercial.com/)** thanks to the support of the **Nouns DAO**!!!!! After months of careful planning, reviewing estimates, and working through easements, we secured all final funds to complete this incredible **Art Park & Events center**. This news is what we have been working towards since we gained the support from **Nouns Prop 513** last year.

Press and publications have been asking for updates, and we are now ready to share the news about **Nouns DAO & HOPE**!
We will keep everyone posted as we get closer to the official press release and announcements!

## RECAP FROM DEVELOPMENT

- **2024 April - Oct**: Rebid estimates collected for completion. Easement notices from Texas Gas Services.
- **2024 Nov**: Commissioners hearing. Final construction completion bid reviews.
- **2025 Jan**: Completion plan with new general contractor **Sabre** with support from the Nouns community!

## CONSTRUCTION COMPLETION

This month we signed our new construction contract with **Sabre** and their team of licensed professionals and mapped out the full plan to complete.

### 2025 Proposed Schedule:

- **JAN**: Mobilizing, Site clean-up, Demo, Communication System set-up, Team intros: **COMPLETE**
- **FEB**: Subcontractor agreements & Scheduling: **COMPLETE**
- **MAR**: Construction site activated & SXSW Sponsor tours
- **MAY**: Main building and restrooms complete
- **JUN**: Parking lot completion
- **AUG**: Soft open and training
- **SEP**: Grand Opening events

- **NEW**: Eco Energy construction power support through solar with **Tesla Walls**
- **SXSW March 12th** event with **Dropbox Dash**

## NON-PROFIT PARTNERSHIP

Our non-profit partner **HOPE (Helping Other People Everywhere) Campaign** 2025 Program plans:

- **HOPE Campaign Store** in “H” Courtyard
- **HOPE Honey Program**
- **Solar installation program** for HOPE Energy
- **Clean-up of the “E”** and programming plans for 2025 in motion
