### Section I - Firearms Gain Agreement
*Firearms Gain Agreement states that; firearms may only be sold to those who possess a legal
firearms licence, and those who have citizenship in the state of Mayflower*
**The Agreement is as follows:**
You may only purchase up to 5 firearms per order. However:
* You may now purchase 5 long weapons .
* You may only purchase five long weapons per order.
* You may purchase 5 handguns (defenders and special)
You agree that once you make a purchase, the firearms market WILL NOT:
- Issue a refund or a replacement, unless there is an appropriate reason to.
- Be responsible for anything which you do with the firearm.
Agreement that lawful firearms identification must be shown.
- At all purchases and trades, you are legally required to accept and present a firearms licence.
- Staff will have the right to remove and deny anyone who fails to present a firearms licence at purchase.
*No members of the MFM Staff team, in any position, are liable for damages you may recive or that you may cause when using a purchased firearm.*
### Section II - Employment Agreement & Opportunities
*Employment Agreement states; the conditions and agreements you must meet to become
employed in Mayflower Firearms Market.*
**Criminal Records**
Individuals applying for MFM must meet the following record limits:
- No infractions in the last **15 days**
- No felony records in the last **45 days**
- No misdemeanor records in the last **30 days**
**The Employment Agreement is as follows:**
Agreement to be active
- You agree to be active, however when unable to be active, you are to take it up with appropriate authority.
- *(Per S.B.47, you may be terminated for failing to remain active as an employee without a proper Absence notice.)*
Agreement to abide by all state and local laws
- You agree to follow the state laws of Mayflower, and the business will not be responsible for any laws which you break. It is on you for violation of any state or local laws.
- *(You may be terminated per S.B.47 Section III, [c], for any crimes you commit either during working time or outside of work.)*
Agreement to be responsible for your actions.
- You are responsible for your actions, whether that be breaking any laws, or violating the employee standards procedure.
- (You may be terminated for violation of either state laws or violation of the employee standards procedure.)
Agreement to follow employee misconduct procedure
- Misconduct procedure states that if an employee: causes misconduct, is charged with a criminal record(s), they can and will be terminated or suspended from the business.
- You also agree to have employment in the business terminated for any reason seen fit by authorities, corporate, or any judicial official, as long as reasoning is justified.
Agreement to allow background checks and extended record checks
- You agree to allow the business to perform record and background checks when you apply to the business. You may be rightfully declined from the business if you fail to meet the requirements.
Agreement to regular training procedures
- All employees are required to regular training procedures for the selling of firearms and these are mandatory.
- *(The only option to avoid a mandatory training is with a valid reason or excuse approved by a member of management or above.)*
### Section III - Employee Conduct
**Any employee seen in violation of these policies are to be reported to a member of the MFM management team or above.**
The following are basic sales guidelines for all employees:
- There will be a zero tollerance rule for any and all disrespect, insulting, attacking, harassment, or slander of any one, or any department/organization of any kind. A member in violation of this policy is at risk of a minimum punishment of a suspension of duties.
- Refunds or compensation is never to be given out to a customer who lost or destroyed a product they purchased. Anyone in violation of this will owe the company the equal amount they refunded or face sever punishment.
- Prices can, and will never be changed during a transaction, any prices that are posted in the discord by the Founder are the mandated prices.
