Hive-Engine? Was, du hast noch nichts davon gehört? Dann bist du hier genau richtig - wir klären auf.** Seit geraumer Zeit ist uns der Account @americaman als harter BEE Fomo Sapiens und Hodler aufgefallen. Er konnte einen sechsstelligen Betrag des Tokens anhäufen, doch warum ist das wichtig und was kann man mit BEE eigentlich machen? BEE wird benötigt, um auf Hive-Engine einen Token oder einen Diesel Pool zu erstellen. Auch zusätzliche Optionen, wie Contribution Contracts (die Dinger, die dafür sorgen, dass auch Rewards im Pool sind) oder die Staking Funktion eines Tokens kosten eine Menge BEE. (Anm. d. R.: Oder NFTs oder Tribefunktionen oder Outposts oder oder oder ...) Hinzu kommt noch, dass es ein BEE:BEE Proposal System gibt, bei dem man ein Proposal stellen kann und schon mit 20.000 BEE Power bis zu 2191.78082191 BEE an täglichem Funding durchboxen kann. Der HIQS Diesel Pool wurde auch durch solch ein Proposal mit Rewards versorgt, wobei wir das ohne die Unterstützung des BEE-starken @blue.rabbit nicht geschafft hätten. **Was ist passiert?** BEE im Wert von ca. 60 000 &dollar; ist schon ne Hausnummer, denkt ihr euch jetzt vermutlich. Besonders, wenn man bedenkt, dass diese BEE über ein halbes Jahr ungenutzt bei @americaman rumlagen. Um das zu erklären, müssen wir noch einen zweiten Account ins Spiel bringen: @splinterskins. Vor knapp zwei Wochen hat @splinterskins drei Token erstellt, nämlich FURY, BRAIN und WHALE. ![](https://i.imgur.com/Gt86M5V.png) Kurz darauf wurden auch drei Diesel-Pools mit jeweils SWAP.HIVE als Pairpartner angelegt. ![](https://i.imgur.com/dY4Jsau.png) <sup>Stand: 25.05.2022</sup> Und es wurden drei BEE:BEE Proposals vom Account @splinterskins ins Leben gerufen. ![](https://i.imgur.com/00XLt65.png) Jedes dieser Proposals möchte 275 BEE am Tag in den jeweiligen Pool als Reward wandern lassen. Doch warum das Ganze? Angeblich möchte der User Splinterlands-Skins-Besitzer belohnen, indem er eine Menge Token an die User airdroppt und diese dann in den Pool fomoen können. Weiters könnten die SL-Spieler die Token verkaufen oder sie als Tipping Token nutzen, also als kleines Trinkgeld, was der Main Use Case sein soll. ![](https://i.imgur.com/hmqmcUl.png) Hört sich erst mal ganz nett an, oder? Hat aber leider einen Haken: Der User, der laut Airdrop "Algorithmus" den mit Abstand größten [Airdrop](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1nHHEVmKb8K4N8rcdIBa1dSdlner8knmjehIwv4uMxV0/edit#gid=0) bekommt, ist @americaman. Dieser hat auch noch mal rund 38.000 Hive und 76 000 BEE an das Projekt "gespendet", um seinen Airdrop zu vervielfachen. Da er auch der einzige Spender ist und direkt einen Gegenwert von ca. 50 000 &dollar; reingeballert hat, liegt der Verdacht nahe, dass er eng verbunden oder sogar der Mann hinter @splinterskins ist. ![](https://i.imgur.com/zjMUR29.png) Es gab auch noch weitere potenzielle Airdropempfänger. @splinterskins verfasste einen Post, indem er alle Airdropempfänger erwähnte und jeder, der mit einem Kommentar darauf reagierte, hat einen kleinen Airdrop erhalten. Somit sind @americaman und @splinterskins auch die mit Abstand größten Stakeholder von FURY, BRAIN und WHALE. Die drei Proposals wurden ausschließlich von @splinterskins gevotet, welcher von seiner "Spende" 50k gestaket hat. Es wandern also drei mal 275 BEE am Tag in drei Pools und @splinterskins und @americaman sind auch gleichzeitig die größten Stakeholder der Tokens, welche nötig sind, um in die drei Pools zu fomoen - finanziert mit nur einem Vote und von einem Account. War das wirklich nur eine großzügige Spende für drei Tipping Tokens für Splinterlands Fans? Oder handelt es sich um einen Scam? (Anm. d. R.: Immerhin ist der massive Stake von @americaman vermutlich durch Splinterlands Gewinne frei auf dem Markt erworben worden.) Natürlich haben wir auch gleich mal geguckt, wer alles in die Pools gefomot ist. R.: Wovon wir ausgehen.), muss natürlich etwas gegen diese vermeindliche 50 % Attacke getan werden. Nur blöd, dass es keine Schutzmechanismen seitens Hive-Engine gibt. Die vorhandenen BEE-Stakes sind dünn gesät. Auch die allermeisten Hive-Engine-Witnesse haben keinen nennenswerten BEE-Stake. Wie beim Hive-Proposalsystem gibt es ein Limit der BEE, welche täglich ausgezahlt werden können. Wird dieses Limit von Proposals, welche mehr als 20k BEE-Stake-Votes bekommen haben, überschritten, fallen alle unteren Proposals aus dem Funding, so dass die Summe von 2191.78082191 BEE nicht überschritten wird. Seitens Hive-Engine wurde darüber nachgedacht, entweder die Fundinggrenze anzuheben oder ein Proposal nach oben zu voten, welches alle darunterliegenden Proposals aus dem Funding kickt. ![](https://i.imgur.com/y8SxLeK.png) Sollten die größten Stakeholder fleißig mitvoten, wäre es möglich, zum Beispiel 60k Votes zu erreichen. Aber @americaman hat noch genügend BEE in der Hinterhand, so dass er auch locker Votes um die 120k stemmen könnte. Seit knapp einer Woche wurde das BEE:BEE Proposalsystem deaktiviert. Damit bekommen alle Proposals aus dem BEE:BEE DAO Fund keine Kohle mehr. Und das trifft auch unser Proposal. Derzeit wissen wir nicht, wie lange dieser Zustand noch anhalten wird. ![](https://i.imgur.com/wPGples.png) Unsere Infomoianten haben uns allerdings mitgeteilt, dass das Proposalsystem noch für einige Monate deaktiviert bleiben wird. Vielleicht wird in der Zeit eine gute Lösung gefunden. Alle bisherigen Lösungsvorschläge stellten das HE Team jedenfalls nicht zufrieden. Auch @splinterskins bekommt jetzt natürlich keine Rewards mehr für seine drei Pools. Jeder der Pools hat drei Tage 275 BEE bekommen. Wenn man die 1150 BEE pro Pool an Kosten gegenrechnet, sicherlich kein gutes Geschäft. Und es gibt von uns auch keine Empfehlung, in diese Pools zu fomoen. **Was wird mit uns?** Solange der DAO Fund deaktiviert ist, stehen uns harte Zeiten bevor. Daher haben wir Notfallmaßnahmen ergriffen. Wie wir schon im letzten Post von @hiq.redaktion erwähnt haben, haben wir die Tokensale Distribution reduziert und werden daher vorerst nur noch 20 % der geplanten Tokens ausschütten. Auch das Befüttern mit Rewards wird schwierig. Wir planen, wenigstens 10 % der üblichen Rewards nachzufomoen. Dafür wird unter jeden Post von @hiq, @hiq.magazine, @hiq.redaktion und @hiq.shares ein Spendenkommentar gepflanzt. (Anm. d. Then you've come to the right place - we'll clear it up.** For some time now, the account @americaman has come to our attention as a hard BEE Fomo Sapiens and Hodler. He was able to amass a six-figure amount of the token, but why is that important and what can you actually do with BEE? BEE is needed to create a token or a Diesel Pool on the Hive Engine. Additional options, such as contribution contracts (the things that ensure that rewards are also in the pool) or the staking function of a token also cost a lot of BEE. (Editor's note: Or NFTs, or Tribe functions, or Outposts, or or or ...). In addition, there is a BEE:BEE proposal system where you can submit a proposal and with 20,000 BEE Power you can get up to 2191.78082191 BEE in daily funding. The HIQS Diesel Pool was also provided with rewards through such a proposal, although we could not have done this without the support of the BEE-strong @blue.rabbit. **What has happened?** BEE worth about 60,000 &dollar; is quite a lot, you're probably thinking. Especially when you consider that these BEE have been lying around unused at @americaman's for over half a year. To explain this, we have to bring a second account into play: @splinterskins. But why all this? Allegedly, the user wants to reward Splinterlands skin owners by airdropping a lot of tokens to the users, who can then fomo into the pool. Furthermore, the SL players could sell the tokens or use them as tipping tokens, which is supposed to be the main use case. ![](https://i.imgur.com/hmqmcUl.png) Sounds quite nice at first, doesn't it? But unfortunately there's a catch: the user who, according to the airdrop "algorithm", gets by far the biggest [Airdrop](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1nHHEVmKb8K4N8rcdIBa1dSdlner8knmjehIwv4uMxV0/edit#gid=0) is @americaman. He has also "donated" around 38,000 HIVE and 76,000 BEE to the project in order to multiply his airdrop. Since he is also the only donor and directly injected a countervalue of about 50,000 &dollar;, the suspicion that he is closely connected or even the man behind @splinterskins is obvious. ![](https://i.imgur.com/zjMUR29.png) There were also other potential airdrop recipients. @splinterskins wrote a post mentioning all the airdrop recipients and everyone who responded with a comment received a small airdrop. So @americaman and @splinterskins are also by far the biggest stakeholders of FURY, BRAIN and WHALE. The three proposals were voted for exclusively by @splinterskins, who staked 50k of his "donation". So three times 275 BEE per day go into three pools and @splinterskins and @americaman are also the biggest stakeholders of the tokens that are necessary to fund the three pools - financed with only one vote and from one account. Was this really just a generous donation for three tipping tokens for Splinterlands fans? Or is it a scam? (Editor's note: After all, @americaman's massive stake was presumably acquired freely on the market through Splinterlands profits). Of course, we also took a look at who was in the pools. It's just a shame that there are no protective mechanisms on the part of the hive engine. The existing BEE stakes are few and far between. Even the vast majority of hive engine wits have no BEE take worth mentioning. As with the Hive Proposal System, there is a limit to the BEE that can be paid out daily. If this limit is exceeded by proposals that have received more than 20k BEE take votes, all lower proposals fall out of the funding, so that the sum of 2191.78082191 BEE is not exceeded. The Hive Engine considered either raising the funding limit or voting a proposal upwards, which would kick all proposals below it out of the funding. ![](https://i.imgur.com/y8SxLeK.png) If the largest stakeholders were to vote diligently, it would be possible to achieve 60k votes, for example. But @americaman still has enough BEE up his sleeve, so that he could easily manage votes of around 120k. The BEE:BEE proposal system has been deactivated for almost a week. This means that all proposals from the BEE:BEE DAO Fund no longer receive any money. And this also affects our proposal. At the moment we don't know how long this situation will last. ![](https://i.imgur.com/wPGples.png) However, our contacts have told us that the proposal system will remain deactivated for a few months. Perhaps a good solution will be found in that time. In any case, all the solutions proposed so far have not satisfied the HE team. Of course, @splinterskins no longer gets any rewards for his three pools. Each of the pools received 275 BEE for three days. If you count the 1150 BEE per pool in costs, certainly not a good deal. And there is no recommendation from us to fund these pools. **What's going to happen to us?** As long as the DAO Fund is deactivated, we are facing hard times. Therefore, we have taken emergency measures. As we already mentioned in @hiq.redaktion's last post, we have reduced the token sale distribution and will therefore only pay out 20% of the planned tokens for the time being. Feeding rewards will also be difficult. We plan to replenish at least 10% of the usual rewards. For this, a donation comment will be planted under each post by @hiq, @hiq.magazine, @hiq.editors and @hiq.shares.
