**Steemworld war gestern**
Die alten Hasen und Häsinnen können sich bestimmt noch an Steemworld erinnern und wie nützlich und wichtig so ein Tool neben den Frontends ist, um bestimmte Daten und Stats über Accounts und Verhalten zu bekommen. Die Leo-Leute haben ihren Steemworld Konkurrenten erneuert. https://hivestats.io/ heißt die Seite. Ungläubige dürfen sie gerne testen, vielleicht gefällt sie euch ja.


**Ledger for Hive**
@engrave hat eine [Hive Ledger Applikation](https://peakd.com/hive-139531/@engrave/hive-ledger-application-has-passed-the-functional-review) entwickelt. Dies wird bestimmt viele Hivestyler freuen. (Anm. d. R.: Zum Beispiel unseren Wal-Praktikanten @balte.) Jetzt muss die Applikation nur noch einen Sicherheitscheck durchlaufen. Wir können es kaum erwarten.


**...auf Transaktionsstatus angewiesen**
Hive ist ein mysteriöses und komplexes Konstrukt. Splinterlands und deren heranstürmende Massen an Nutzern hat die Witnesse an ihre Grenzen gebracht. Witnessnodes wurden blockiert, was zur Folge hatte, dass einige Funktionen asynchron vonstatten gehen mussten. Dies zerbumste allerdings einige dApps, die auf die Transaktions ID angewiesen waren. Die dApps mussten ihren Code umschreiben, um dem Problem zu entgehen, ohne Transaktions ID zurück gelassen zu werden. Um diesem Problem weiterhin gegenzuwirken, hat @engrave der dhive Library eine Funktion hinzugefügt, welche den Prozess des auf die Transaktions ID Wartens vereinfachen soll.


**Waka, Waka**
Am 24.02.2022 ab 17:00 UTC wird es eine besondere neue Promokarte bei @splinterlands zu erstehen geben - WAKA SPIRITBLADE. Sie wird in zwei Salephasen zu erwerben sein - die erste Phase findet im Spiel statt. Für stolze 5000 SPS und 500 VOUCHER könnt ihr eine von 500 gettn. Diese kann auch zu einer goldenen Karte werden, nachdem ihr sie gekauft habt. Insgesamt wird es 20 goldene Karten geben und der Summoner ist max. Level. Die zweite Phase beginnt nach Ausverkauf der ersten Phase und wird auf Wax sein. (Anm. d. R.: Der Ablauf ist analog zur ersten Phase, der Preis allerdings nicht.)

Für jede *UNIVERSITY* oder *SCHOOL* bekommt ihr einen *STUDENT*, dieser wird mit der Zeit wahrscheinlich zu einem *STUNDENT(debt)*. Sie können für eine Gebühr von 10 SIM in eine andere Bevölkerungskarte umgewandelt werden. Welche dabei rauskommt, entscheidet RNGesus mit unterschiedlichen Wahrscheinlichkeiten. Wir kriegen BEE, wir kriegen HBD. Wir gehen in den BEE:SWAP.HBD Pool. So einfach ist das. 99 % APR passt. Man munkelt, dass man gar mehr bekommt, als würde man mit seinem BEE-Stake voten (Anm. d. R.: Wer's glaubt.) und das Ganze auch ohne noch anstrengend kuratieren zu müssen.

The old hands can certainly still remember Steemworld and how useful and important such a tool is next to the frontends to get certain data and stats about accounts and behaviour. **Ledger for Hive**
@engrave has developed a [Hive Ledger Application](https://peakd.com/hive-139531/@engrave/hive-ledger-application-has-passed-the-functional-review). This is sure to please many hivestylers. (Editor's note: For example, our whale intern @balte.) Now the application just needs to pass a security check. We can hardly wait.


**...Reliant on transaction status**
Hive is a mysterious and complex construct. Splinterlands and its onrushing masses of users pushed Witnesse to its limits. Witness nodes were blocked, which meant that some functions had to be asynchronous. However, this broke some dApps that relied on the transaction ID. The dApps had to rewrite their code to avoid the problem of being left without a transaction ID. To further counteract this problem, @engrave has added a function to the dhive library to simplify the process of waiting for the transaction ID.


**Waka, Waka**
On 24/02/2022 from 17:00 UTC, a special new promo card will be available for purchase at @splinterlands - WAKA SPIRITBLADE. It will be available for purchase in two sale phases - the first phase will take place in-game. For a whopping 5000 SPS and 500 VOUCHERS you can get one of 500 (Editor's note: If they weren't sold out already. LOOOOOOOL.). This can also become a golden card after you have bought it. In total there will be 20 golden cards and the Summoner is max level. The second phase will start after the first phase is sold out and will be on Wax. (Editor's note: The process is similar to the first phase, but the price is not).
