- Any issues [code and paper]
- Hackathon to finish coding: decide date and days
- Paper: we need a lead to come up with initial structure and delegate writing up. Perhaps also a dedicated meeting / collaborative session on key words and search terms.
- Discuss/arrange workshop or informal session on GitHub workflow (actions, projects etc)

## Minutes
- Kirsten suggested we have a hackathon that include a session from Kate about GitHub (actions, project, documentation etc.). Everyone agreed this is the best way to get the package done by deadline of 28th Feb 2023.
- Kate suggested we have an hour or two at the end of hackathon to have all documentation finished.
- AK to get suitable time by polling. And arrange the hackathon
- Kirsten to collect the topics to be discussed at the GitHub usage session by Kate.
- Matthew to be the lead on paper writing.
