## Minutes
- AK [presented](https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1sqhPaiBOoQhQOLLOkT1DwrPOz-Ic0293JcRyZLIEwyY/edit?usp=sharing) project background
- AK and SM emphasised that we want the package to be extendable for other students who may end up devising new metrics as part of their projects. KC agreed.
- KC suggested we progress with metric scoping and come up with some test metrics that we can work on. KC also suggested we have regular meetings (frequency and time to be decided on slack)
- KC suggested we build a pipeline that makes adding new/additional metrics easy.
- KC suggested we manage whole project using github e.g. using features like githib issues etc.
- All agreed to use RSE teams github account for this and KC to add relevant contributors. Might also use trello and other tool, all be to discussed/informed on our slack channel.
- SM suggested to look at [Hopkins Metrics](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hopkins_statistic) which can work as domain agnostic metric.

- KC to setup infrastructure and send details on slack.
