# 問題 Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID{00024500-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80070005 Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))

- Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {00024500-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80070005 Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)).->Excel的COM元件

- Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {0006F03A-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80070005 Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)).->Outlook的COM元件

或是

- Microsoft Excel cannot open or save any more documents because there is not enough available memory or disk space.

• To make more memory available, close workbooks or programs you no longer need.

• To free disk space, delete files you no longer need from the disk you are saving to.

### １: 開啟TradeDB裡Compnent Services的COM Security頁籤
操作流程:

st=>start: Compnent Services
e=>end: COM Security頁籤
op=>operation: Computer
op2=>operation: My Computer點右鍵選擇properties
op3=>operation: properties
st->op->op2->op3->e


### ２: 點選Access Pemissions和Launch and Activation Permissions的Edit Default後加上scimistaipei的使用者權限，權限都打勾


### ３: DCOM Config中找出下列項目
- [ ] Microsoft Excel Application
- [ ] Microsoft Excel previewer
- [ ] Microsoft Outlook Command Button Control
- [ ] Outlook Message Attachment
### 4: 於上述四項右鍵點選properties選擇Identiry頁籤，勾選The interactive user
